Full Boarding
- $555 per month per horse (with no turnout area attached).
- $575 per month per horse (with small turnout area attached).
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
- We accept cash or checks as payment. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Negative Coggins and current vaccinations are required
- Need to fill out boarding and riding release
- Owner and Manager on site
- 12 x 12 stalls - some with small turnout area
- Automatic watering system
- Cavalor Action mix or Traditional mix
- Coastal hay
- Stalls cleaned daily
- Covered arena
- Covered round pen
- Outdoor riding arena
- Covered deck with fans & lighting near the arena
- Club House with bathroom, sink, refrigerator & microwave.
- Trails at nearby Cypress Creek
- Farrier comes every other week.
- Chiropractor every other month
- Dentist comes every 3 months
- OWNER & MANAGER ON SITE
